I have the exact same tew 423pi xp. This product worked fine, there is nothing more I could ask for! I dread thinking that’s what I’ll have to do as it wasn’t a simple driver update if I remember correctly.

I installed the card on a zp slot obviously, downloaded the driver from the website which is the version b1. Have you figured out what the problem was with tew 423pi xp wireless card? The first one or two sites, I selected were dead links. I tried reinstalling the driver but nothing.
